The Audit Committee is a Committee of the Board and is primarily responsible for establishing and monitoring financial reporting, internal control and risk management procedures, as well as reviewing the performance of our external auditors.

The Committee meets when required, but at least every quarter.

Membership of the Committee is:

• Martin Towers (Chairman)
• Graham Holden
• Tony Illsley

Committee meetings are also attended by the following people, by invitation:

• Bill Halbert
• Paul Simpson (Chief Financial Officer)
• Kathy Smith (Company Secretary)
• Representatives from PWC (Auditors)
