We get a lot of interest and many calls from recruitment agencies and although we do appreciate the interest you have in our business, we always prefer to recruit candidates direct to our business and believe in promoting from within whenever possible.
The success of our brand means that we’re also fortunate enough to be approached directly by many candidates, but now and again we may need help from recruitment agencies. On the occasions where we do need help we work with the agencies who are on our Preferred Supplier List.
We’ve worked hard with our suppliers to build good relationships and we make sure that this is based on trust and respect. Our agencies are always briefed fully on the role/s we need them to work on. Therefore we rarely accept speculative CVs.
