We operate a Performance Management Appraisal programme which gives you a regular opportunity to sit down and have a 1-1 with your line manager, where you are able to discuss your development needs and career aspirations.

The KCOM Group benefits from a Learning Managed System called "My Learning", which is an innovative system enabling individual’s to access and book learning opportunities, giving greater flexibility to how, when and where learning happens. The system is designed with integrated classrooms, self paced e-learning and virtual classroom courses, reference labs, on-line books and mentoring services.

We also support employees in obtaining professional and technical qualifications at a range of levels in a range of subjects. One thing we do ask for in return is your commitment to own and fully contribute to your development and take responsibility to follow it through - with our help of course!
