Here at KCOM Group, we don’t see our Investors in People (IiP) accreditation as just a badge. It’s a business improvement tool designed to advance our organisation's performance through our people. Investor in People status brings public recognition for real achievements measured against a rigorous National Standard and KCOM Group’s Investors in People status is testament to our ongoing commitment to our people.

We take this commitment seriously and have a team of internal reviewers who regularly review the Group’s performance against the Standard. Through this process we can celebrate our successes and take actions where necessary to ensure our people have the support and resources to maximise their performance and therefore the performance of the business.

Pension Quality Mark

The KCOM Group Stakeholder Pension recently achieved the prestigious Pension Quality Mark, in recognition of the high quality of our pension scheme. The Pension Quality Mark is an award supported by the pensions industry to reward the very best defined contribution pension schemes.

Why did KCOM Group achieve the Mark:

- as an employer KCOM Group offers to contribute up to 8% of your salary towards building up a pension pot (The PQM's criteria is a minimum of 6%)

- we have a Governance Committee in place to ensure the scheme is well run and reviewed on regular basis so that it remains fit for purpose and suited to our employees needs

- we communicate with you about the scheme regularly - providing clear and simple information to members when they join and thereafter
