We recognise that our people are key to the success of the Group and this principle guides our decision making on how we approach the management of people, particularly during difficult economic times. In 2009 we were delighted to achieve re-accreditation of the Investors in People award, an award which recognises business success through its people. We are developing a new team of internal reviewers to support this and we continue to use the information gathered to help us shape future improvements.
