Business ethics

We act in strict compliance with the law and according to the highest standard of ethics, professionalism and business conduct.

We endeavour to ensure our decision-making processes are fair and transparent. To support this we operate an “open door” approach welcoming all suggestions and concerns from employees. A formal Whistle Blowing Policy that defines a framework for staff to report malpractice without fear of victimisation is also in place.
