Wellbeing

We believe the wellbeing of our people affects the quality of service our customers receive and the overall success of our company, not least in terms of reduced sickness absence levels and an increase in employee retention. We want to help and support our people as they seek to make more informed choices about their own health and quality of life. This takes a variety of forms:
