    Due to expansion and continued growth we are looking for a talented and capable Senior API Consultant, ideally with a Consultancy background, to play a key role in a range of high profile integration projects within our blue chip client base.     The Technical Support team help make life easier and better for our customers by providing professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance in resolving any technical issues they may be experiencing. Liaising directly with our customers, this team use their relationship building skills and expertise to make sure we deliver on service promises, working with other parts of the organisation as required to drive exceptional customer experience.

    Purpose of role

    Our team leaders are responsible for driving exceptional customer experience by leading, inspiring, motivating and developing their own team of up to 15 Customer Service Advisors. As well as providing leadership for their own team, they will also at times take on wider responsibility for the running of the full operational floor, using their real time contact management skills and experience to ensure service targets are met.

    This is not a role for the faint hearted. At any one point, team leaders will oversee and manage multiple customer interactions across a number of different touchpoints. They will be required to make timely, sometimes instinctive decisions, executing on these immediately to ensure service promises are met. Creating an exceptional customer experience and inspiring others to deliver this will be at the forefront of everything they do.

    This is a hands on people leadership role, and through their natural leadership style, professionalism, charisma and gravitas, Team Leaders will demand the highest of standards by bringing out the best in everyone they work with to drive increasing levels of customer retention and loyalty, ultimately leaving every customer feeling like we have made their lives easier and better.

  • Onsite Change Engineer

    Location: Client based

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Based at the NFUM site at Tiddington, Stratford Upon Avon
    • Onsite technical and supportive engineering function to interface with the onsite KCOM team and the onsite NFUM personnel.
    • Take ownership of the Request Fulfilment process, ensuring requests are actioned within agreed service levels
      Assist with the documentation, assessment and representation of any/all onsite change requests.
    • Work alongside the Change Specialist to gain the required Change knowledge.
    • Attend the Change Advisory Board (CAB) when required to represent the submitted changes.
    • Working alongside key consultants to assist in the collection and interpretation of data and statistics related to the health and performance of the network infrastructure in order to ensure optimum performance of the network infrastructure and associated remediation if need be.
    • Assist in the provision of monthly network health, performance and service level reporting to NFUM.
    • Assist in the monitoring and allocation of customer demand and requirements accurately and in a timely fashion which leads to the success of the account.
    • Assist in the implementation of large scale Cisco and related technology projects.
    • Assist the onsite team with the investigation and resolution of incidents Assist the onsite team with the delivery of small project related requirements.
