    Your role

    To help us provide a great service to our customers, we need enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisors. You'll be a natural with customers, providing a high level of service at all times, to both internal and external customers. In this role you will be working in a fast paced call centre environment within our Hull Carr Lane office. (HU1 3RE). The office is centrally located in the city, but also has a great café on the ground floor serving hot and cold food and Costa Coffee drinks.
  • 2nd Line Voice Support Engineer

    2nd Line Voice Engineer - Stratford upon Avon

    We have an exciting opportunity to join the onsite 2nd Line Engineering function which interfaces with the NFUM Group IT. This function owns incidents, , problems and service requests on behalf of the Network Services tower end-to-end, working with both the NFUM and other vendors where required.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    · Providing complex diagnostic/technical resolution services and support to customers, Engineers and Field Service Engineers in line with contracted SLA agreements.
    · Working in accordance with Service Operations Manuals / Operational Procedures and to high standards of customer satisfaction.
    · Managing customer’s networks according to SLA, prioritisation, service impact using a procedural discipline in a way that assumes authority to maintain network availability, security and performance.
