Sustainability and our business strategy

Our sustainability strategy is fully integrated with our business strategy. When making key business decisions we take into account:

  • The communities in which we operate

  • The relationships we have with our customers and suppliers
  • The environment

 

Our sustainability is underpinned by three key objectives:

Creating a positive impact on all our stakeholders and local communities by using our expertise in communications technology
Promoting our values both internally and in the way we do business
Engaging and empowering our people so they can make a positive contribution to the causes that matter to them

Governance

Our Board receives regular reports on each of our main areas of focus – people, community, environment and supply chain. Responsibility for our sustainability strategy sits with our Chief Executive.
