KCOM has amended its Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Agreement.

Where KCOM has already entered into a Reseller Agreement for Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Services with you on or prior to 01 July 2019:

  • any orders placed by you will be subject to the terms of your original agreement (unamended) save that you shall receive the benefit of a reduction in early termination charges from 01 July 2019;
  • any orders placed by you on or after 01 August 2019 will be subject to the terms of your original agreement, as amended pursuant to the notice we issued to you on 01 July 2019.

If you have not entered into a Reseller Agreement for Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Services with KCOM on or prior to 01 July 2019 but wish to do so on or prior to 31 July 2019, you will be required to sign our Reseller Agreement for Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Services set out in Section 1; and place any orders for Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Services using the Order Form set out in Section 1. Any orders that you place on or prior to 31 July 2019 shall be subject to the terms of the Reseller Agreement for Connect Broadband Fibre Services set out in Section 1 save that you shall receive the benefit of a reduction in early termination charges from 01 July 2019.  If you wish to place any orders on or after 01 August 2019, you will be required to sign our Reseller Agreement for Connect Broadband Fibre Residential Services set out in Section 2 using the Order Form set out in Section 2.

Section 1 – Applicable until and including 31 July 2019.

Section 2 – Applicable from and including 01 August 2019
